Hollick is a producer of premium wines, and its cellar door and restaurant complex are located on the farmed terra rossa soils of Coonawarra, SA.

Established in 1983, Hollick is a boutique winery located on the famed terra rossa soils of Coonawarra, South Australia.

The Hollick winery, cellar door and restaurant complex is established on "Neilson's Block", one of the original John Riddoch vineyard blocks on prime Coonawarra dirt, with the cellar door itself housed in a restored, heritage listed sandstone cottage from the 1860s.

Cellar Door - Wine Tasting & Sales

An extensive selection of Hollick Estates wines are available for sale and tasting at all times including wines of limited availability.

Each wine bottled under the Hollick label represents the history of the site where it was grown. Careful viticultural practises, overseen by Stuart Sharam, are married succinctly with minimalist winemaking techniques by winemaker Joe Cory to ensure each bottle retains unique characters from the vineyard where it is sourced.

Winery tours can be organised in advance and bus tours can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Restaurant - Upstairs at Hollick

The appropriately named restaurant "Upstairs at Hollick" was the first winery restaurant in the famous Coonawarra wine region. The restaurant was part of a development at Hollick Estates in 2002 that included new bottled wine storage, extensions to the barrel cellar and a new cellar door sales area. The restaurant features floor to ceiling windows that ensure uninterrupted views over the Hollick "Neilson's Block" vineyard and beyond to the broader Coonawarra region. Diners also enjoy views into the barrel store where they may catch a glimpse of the winemaker plying his craft.

The Upstairs team present modern Australian cuisine that emphasises the quality local produce. Daily specials featuring seasonal produce augment the primary menu. An extensive wine list featuring Hollick wines and an eclectic selection of local and imported wines.
